Setting Goals

Most people fail in achieving their goals, and will give up for various reasons. As a Coach, it is important for me to help you achieve your set goals.

To achieve this, I will spend time with you to make sure that you are committed towards the goal you set for yourself. I will also help you breakdown the goal, into smaller action items and identify if each action item is achievable. You will then set markers for yourself so that you can easily track your progress.

I will discuss with you the various obstacles, internal and external. Such obstacles will hamper your progress and we will discuss ways to overcome them.

By using this methodology, I make sure that you are accountable for your actions. And you are able to complete the action items as agreed, without losing focus.
